Dr Shahriar “Raj” Zaman is a fully qualified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive training in Australia and internationally. After completing his MBBS at the University of Western Australia in 2009, he went on to train across multiple surgical disciplines, including plastic surgery, neurosurgery and general surgery, before achieving his FRACS (Plastic Surgery) certification in June 2022.
Raj’s surgical expertise is broad, with particular interests in hand surgery, melanoma and skin cancer management, complex microsurgical reconstruction, and aesthetic breast and body contouring surgery. His skills have been shaped globally — including advanced training in South Korea with world-renowned microsurgeons and in Sydney alongside leading aesthetic surgeons.
Known for his warm, personalised approach, Dr Zaman is committed to ensuring every procedure delivers meaningful improvement to his patients’ lives through high-quality care, safety and service. Outside of medicine, he enjoys family time, travel and sport. He is an active member of RACS, ASPS, ASAPS and WASPS.
